What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. The Clean Eating Meal Plans are full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
Each meal plan comes with a series of recipes for the week, either five (mini plan) or 7 (regular plan). Each recipe has clear, step-by-step instructions. Plus, at the end of the plan, I’ve included a complete grocery shopping list, detailing exactly what you need, and how much of each ingredient you will need for the week. What could be easier!
