Clean Eating Mini Meal Plan May 7
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 7 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.
Included this week:
Cherry Pork Loin – Pork goes so well with so many fruits. I usually have it with apples or pears, but here I pair it with cherries- matrix
Greek Zucchini Boats – ground meat seasoned with a Greek inspired mix, served in fresh zucchini
Chicken Chili – why let beef have all the fun? Lighten up your chili with this chicken chili recipe
Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry – I used to make this veggie dish as a side, but added shrimp to make it a full meal
Coconut Lime Chicken – wonderful Thai inspired one pot dinner
