Clean Eating Mini Meal Plan May 15
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 7 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.

Italian Lemon Chicken –chicken in a simple Italian inspired marinade served with roasted sprouts.
Red Pepper Chicken –easy crock pot dinner, chicken with flavorful red bell peppers
Beef and Veggie Stir Fry –easy weeknight dinner, full of Asian inspired flavors
