Clean Eating Meal Plan June 26
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 7 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.
Included this week:
Bruschetta Chicken – light chicken breast served with seasoned vegetables and finished with a bruschetta inspired topping
Mushroom and Spinach Frittata – light and fluffy eggs wrapped around fresh spinach and mushrooms
Beef Fajita Salad – steak seasoned with flavors like cumin and paprika cooked with fajita vegetables and served over a bed of fresh lettuce
Italian Pork Tenderloin – rosemary, thyme, oregano and other Italian flavors season this easy roasted pork dish.
Zoodle Beef Stir Fry – beef and stir-fried vegetables served with fresh sautéed zoodles
Shrimp Pesto and Zoodles –shrimp coated in a spinach pesto sauce
Chicken Tinga – chicken with a spicy kick from chipotle peppers and seasoning, served with Mexican potatoes
