Here is your Clean Eating Meal Plan for January 31, 20.
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 5 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.

Chunky Garden Chili - Easy chili recipe full of carrots, celery, and other vegetables for a chunky, filling meal.
Flank Steak and Garlic Potatoes -Amazing taste, amazingly easy dinner, and the best part - steak and potatoes make a great base for a hash the next morning!
Breakfast Spaghetti Squash - Roasted quash, stuffed with bacon and eggs!
Mediterranean Baked Fish - Fresh fish, fresh vegetables, sheet pan (virtually no clean up), and only 30 minutes? Can a recipe be any more perfect? I don’t think so!
Red Pepper Chicken – Simple chicken recipe full of flavor. Double the recipe and freeze a batch for the future!
