What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 7 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.

Minestrone – Crock pot - A classic Italian soup. Here's a clean eating version, free of beans and pasta, but still full of taste
Mexican Beef Roast – crock pot - A little spice, a few vegetables, and a hunk of beef is all that you need for a filling comfort meal
Coconut Curry Chicken - Sweet and spicy come together in this one pot delight
Cajun Chicken and Pasta - Simple seasoning gives this dish great taste.
Cherry Pork – crock pot - Dark cherries and sweet potatoes are an unexpected delight for your tongue!
Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas - An easy week night meal of shrimp, vegetables and Mexican seasoning.
Chicken and Veggie Bake - Tasty chicken thighs combined with a mix of vegetables that everyone will enjoy.
