Clean Eating Meal Plan March 13
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 7 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.
Included this week:
Chorizo and Butternut Squash Chili - fantastic recipe, this chili gets its heat from the seasoned chorizo sausage
Artichoke and Olive Chicken Legs – artichokes and olives are an amazing combination! Try them with chicken in this slow cooker dinner.
Shepherd’s Pie – my take on a classic Irish dish for Saint Patrick’s Day.
Pork, Pineapple, and Snow Pea Stir Fry – savory pork combines with sweet pineapple in a quick and easy stir fry
French Style Roast Chicken – who says roasting a bird has to be hard?
Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp with Asparagus – Shrimp, dressed up in a buttery sauce and asparagus
Sheet Pan Bruschetta Chicken and Vegetables – baked chicken, surrounded with fresh vegetables and topped with a basic bruschetta mix.
