Description
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. Our Clean Eating Meal Plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes seven dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.
Clean Eating Meal Plan for this week:
Easy Baked Pesto Chicken – chicken baked with sweet basil pesto, served over fresh zoodles!

Asian Beef Salad – warmed steak served on a bed of lettuce with mandarins! Perfect summer salad!
Buttery Herb Steak and Veggies Sheet Pan – well seasoned beef and vegetables with a buttery ghee sauce
Sautéed Cabbage and Steak – cabbage – it’s for more than just coleslaw!
Salmon and Watermelon Cucumber Salad – really just an excuse to have watermelon for dinner.
