These are surprisingly strong and durable peelers!  I need that because I can be hard on my kitchen gadgets. In fact, I just used one to peel butternut squash!  Yes, the hard, thick skin of the butternut squash came off with ease.  If this peeler can handle butternut, I have no doubt it will be able to handle anything else I pull out of my produce drawer!

These little guys slice and shred as well.  I use the blue one to shred cabbage for coleslaw.  I us the red one to shred blocks of cheese.  So incredibly versatile, you’ll wonder how you ever got along with out them!
