Clean Eating Meal Plan June 12
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 5 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.
Included this week:
Red Pepper Marinade Chicken with Ratatouille – easy Italian inspired marinade pairs amazingly with simplified version of classic Italian dish
Sweet Potato and Egg Skillet – quick and incredibly easy meal is a great way to kick off your week. This recipe requires one knife, one cutting board, and one pan, which means almost no clean up!
Salsa Verde Shredded Pork – pork tenderloin slow cooked in a sea of salsa, with avocado caprese salad
Sheet Pan Flank Steak – Steak full of flavor roasted with fresh vegetables and potatoes
Artichoke and Olive Chicken Legs – drumsticks on a bad of artichoke hearts and kalamata olives, served with sweet potatoes
Sheet Pan Cajun Shrimp – Enjoy a little Cajun flavor with an easy seafood dinner
Beef Fajita Salad – Steak marinated in flavors like cumin and paprika, cooked with vegetables and served o a bed of fresh lettuce
