Clean Eating Meal Plan June 19
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 7 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.
Included this week:
Spicy Steak and Peppers – flank steak with a kick thanks to some poblano chili pepper (milder version included for milder taste buds).
Sundried Tomato Chicken Skillet – chicken cooked in a tomato and roasted red pepper sauce
Beef Taco Casserole – quick and simple casserole, but clean thanks to cauliflower rice and eggs!
Minestrone Soup - clean version of classic Italian soup, so full of goodness it is its own meal.
Sheet Pan Chorizo - easy way to get a little spice in, thanks to the Spanish sausage
Mango Chicken – enjoy some fresh fruit and vegetables in this amazing chicken stir fry
Baked Fish with Lemon - simple fish dish served with a side of spring tomatoes and asparagus
