Here is your Clean Eating Meal Plan for January 10, 2020
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 7 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.
Included this week:
Cincinnati Chili – a chili with spices like cinnamon and nutmeg for a sweeter taste
Mexican Frittata – full of peppers, onions, meat, and taco seasoning. Great for Taco Tuesday!
Steak Marinara – an easy, beefy crock pot sauce served over spaghetti squash
Baked Lemon Fish – a little lemon, a little seasoning, and a simple Friday night meal everyone will love. Served with a side of asparagus and mushrooms.
Sheet Pan Chorizo – low on effort, high on taste! Chorizo gives this sheet pan dinner a little kick. Like spicy? Add even more with some jalapeno
