Here is your Clean Eating Meal Plan for January 3, 2020.
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 7 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.

Paleo Chili – Chunky chili full of vegetables
Breakfast Spaghetti Squash – Enjoy breakfast for dinner when you stuff your squash with bacon and eggs!
Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry – Clean Eating doesn’t mean missing out! Easy Chinese at home!
Italian Chicken with Ratatouille – an easy marinade gives your chicken a great Italian flavor, combined with a simplified version of the Italian vegetable dish.
Grilled Bavarian Chops – Simply seasoned pork chops, with a side of roasted potatoes and leeks.
Sheet Pan Salmon and Veggie Bake – Dill seasoned salmon and garlicy vegetables.
Mustard and Herb-Rubbed Beef – Seasoned pot roast cooked with a variety of winter vegetables
