Here is your Clean Eating Meal Plan for this week!
What is clean eating? It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies. This plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.
Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30. This means the recipes lack the items that plan discourages, including grains, dairy, and legumes. In other words, if you have sensitivities, this plan is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free.
This meal plan includes 7 dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one! Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.
