Healthy Balance Mini Meal Plan May 22
Sometimes, eating well is hard, but not with these recipes. Each meal is full of fresh produce, lean proteins, healthy fats, and lots of flavor!
If you are trying to lose weight, improve your health, or just stick to a balanced diet, this is the plan for you. Many of these meals are from my years of being a member of Weight Watchers. If you currently are a WW member, points are listed as Green/Blue/Purple.
This weeks meals include:
Cherry Pork - 11/10/7 – tenderloin flavored with spring cherries.
Linguine Florentine - 10/7/6 – pasta baked with lots of vegetables and eggs
Cool Ranch Shredded Chicken – 10/7/7 – full of flavor and with a kick, shredded chicken is a perfect taco filling
Very Veggie Shrimp Stir Fry - 6/5/5 – a wok full of vegetables with shrimp to make a complete meal
Sloppy Peppers - 9/9/9 – a low-carb take on the classic sloppy Joe recipe
