Healthy Balance Meal Plan March 13
Sometimes, eating well is hard, but not with these recipes. Each meal is full of fresh produce, lean proteins, healthy fats, and lots of flavor!
If you are trying to lose weight, improve your health, or just stick to a balanced diet, this is the plan for you. Many of these meals are from my years of being a member of Weight Watchers. If you currently are a WW member, points are listed as Green/Blue/Purple.
This weeks meals include:
Chorizo and Butternut Squash Chili – 8/8/8 – fantastic recipe, this chili gets its heat from the seasoned chorizo sausage
Artichoke and Olive Chicken Legs – 7/7/7 – artichokes and olives are an amazing combination! Try them with chicken in this slow cooker dinner.
Shepherd’s Pie – 12/12/11 – my take on a classic Irish dish for Saint Patrick’s Day.
Crockpot Honey Pork and Apples – 9/9/9 – Tenderloin cooked in a sea of apples with the sweetness of honey. Yum!
Saturday Night Chicken and Pasta – 9/7/7 – fantastic one pot meal. Everything, even the pasta, goes in one pot for a full, filling, meal.
Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp with Asparagus – 6/5/5 – Shrimp, dressed up in a buttery sauce and asparagus
Chicken Caprese – 10/6/6 – The ingredients of a class caprese salad – mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, stuffed inside a chicken breast.
