Healthy Balance Meal Plan March 27
Sometimes, eating well is hard, but not with these recipes. Each meal is full of fresh produce, lean proteins, healthy fats, and lots of flavor!
If you are trying to lose weight, improve your health, or just stick to a balanced diet, this is the plan for you. Many of these meals are from my years of being a member of Weight Watchers. If you currently are a WW member, points are listed as Green/Blue/Purple.
This weeks meals include:
Beef Stew – 4/3/3 – homestyle classic.
Linguine Florentine – 8/6/6 – the pasta you crave, combined with fresh vegetable, eggs, and topped with cheese!
Chicken Soup with Mexican Seasonings – 3/1/1 - warm and hearty chicken soup served with fresh tomatoes and avocado.
Italian Lemon Chicken – 9/7/7 - chicken baked in a flavorful combination of oil, lemon juice, and Italian seasonings.
Pork Chops with Mustard Sauce – 8/8/8 – pork chops smothered in a Dijon sauce
Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry – 3/2/2 – easy stir fry will have your wok overflowing with vegetables!
Chinese Chicken and Cashews – 11/9/9 – why get takeout when you can do Chinese at home?
