Healthy Balance Mini Meal Plan January 10
Sometimes, eating well is hard, but not with these recipes. Each meal is full of fresh produce, lean proteins, healthy fats, and lots of flavor!
If you are trying to lose weight, improve your health, or just stick to a balanced diet, this is the plan for you. Many of these meals are from my years of being a member of Weight Watchers. If you’re a WW member, points are listed below in the order green/blue/purple.
This weeks meals include:
Beef Stew (4/4/3) – easy version of the classic comfort food.
Butternut Squash Risotto (8/8/8) – Think risotto has to be hard? Think again! Risotto can be baked and it’s just as good as the stove top!
Cool Ranch Chicken Tacos (5/2/2)– Awesome crock pot taco meat. Great for tacos, salad topper, or as a bowl
Honey Garlic Chicken (7/5/5)– Asian inspired crock pot chicken meal
Chicken and Pasta (9/5/5)– A great weeknight meal that can be cooked all in one pot – and not your crock pot!
