Healthy Balance Mini Meal Plan May 15
Sometimes, eating well is hard, but not with these recipes. Each meal is full of fresh produce, lean proteins, healthy fats, and lots of flavor!
If you are trying to lose weight, improve your health, or just stick to a balanced diet, this is the plan for you. Many of these meals are from my years of being a member of Weight Watchers. If you currently are a WW member, points are listed as Green/Blue/Purple.
This weeks meals include:
Chicken Cacciatore – 9/7/7 – a simple, crock pot version of a classic Italian dish
Asian Beef Salad – 5/5/5 – take advantage of fresh farmer’s market vegetables and top them with an Asian inspired beef
Chicken Piccata stir fry – 4/2/2 – Italian and Asian cuisine meet in this 30-minute meal.
Mediterranean Baked Fish – 9/6/6 – fresh, or even frozen fish, star in this sheet pan dinner with Mediterranean inspired flavors.
Mexican Frittata – 7/4/4 – I love frittatas! Here is a way to shake up your Taco Tuesday routine with a Mexican inspired egg dish.
