Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 2 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan optional - omit if dairy free

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  • Toss all ingredients. Spread out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Roast for 15 minutes. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Notes
